Thomas Sheraton Breakfast Table
A Mahogany table with soft maple secondary, the two large leaves are supported by wings which are finger-jointed to the side rails in the traditional manner. The top is only 5/8ths of an inch thick, and the rule joint is typical. The concavity of the ends is greatly exaggerated due to exposing three sides of each leg, which are inlayed with birds-eye maple, as are the drawer fronts. There are three different bandings inlayed into the table; two are rosewood, and the other is curly maple.
